Summary
Apple’s ipad will go on sale on this Friday. Its advance order has been taken on May, 10, but immediately has to be stopped do to the huge demand. It is said that people who had not pre-ordered might can’t purchase on the released date. Only 16 out of 2,500 Softbank Mobile outlet in Japan will sell the ipad. At Yamada Denki, they only sell 57 outlets, and only 10 percent of the company’s total number of direct-run outlets, will sell the ipad.
Also, there are a fake ipad made in China. It has been released on the same date that ipad released in America. It looks like a giant iPhone. However, their margin is extremely low. They only earn 10 yuan, which worse $1.5 per product. However, selling these products is the life and death situation for them. Their bread and butter relies on it.

My Opinion
I’m so excited the ipad will be released in Japan. Although I can’t purchase it because of its high cost. $499 is too much for me. However, I’m planning to purchase it in the future. One of the great function of ipad is e-book. We can purchase many books in the on-line store and put them in the ipad. Further more, e-books are much cheaper than the paper books. It’s about one-third.
Also, I felt indignation about the fake version of the ipad in China at first. However, I felt sorry for them after I knew it’s for their lives. But I think they can make their original product by their technology of making copies. Making their original product will change their country’s image of copier.
